Clive Watson
My Design degree and 25 years of business experience enable me to apply distinctive solutions that deliver a competitive edge to a broad range of applications. I love making places attractive for people, whether for socialising or for work.
I cut my professional teeth as founder and operator of four large restaurants in London and then as a freelance hospitality consultant, launching cross-sector venues and challenger brands. I’ve conceptualised, launched and operated a host of award- winning restaurants and bars, and consulted on prestigious hotel openings for a large Midlands property group, a UK hospitality group and a global hotel operator.
My work in commercial real estate put my transferable brand development and guest experience skills to work in helping to create and market next-generation commercial environments for property owners and occupiers. I work in cooperation with consultants, architects, agents, brand, marketing & comms agencies re-imagining and re-presenting buildings and spaces of all types and sizes. Over the last three years, I have led the delivery of the interior styling, brand evolution, tenant experience and launches of about ten significant grade-A office building refurbishments in London and other large cities.

An established background in fashion marketing has provided a solid foundation for analytical insight and understanding of cultural and market trends, allowing me to confidently create exciting campaigns for consumers.
Having spent the last five years as part of a creative team at a commercial real estate investor/developer, I have been fortunate enough to bring to life a broad range of forward-thinking launch campaigns and place-making projects; key elements of my role there included project management, creating digital content, running social accounts and executing social strategies, managing brand agency output, creating original artworks, procuring for interior styling and co-ordinating events. I can wear all the hats.
I’m extremely organised and have a sixth sense for colour, composition and style. I’m at ease working cross-discipline and enjoy the daily balance of overseeing re-brand processes, executing campaigns, developing my technical digital capabilities and being out on site dressing inspirational interiors.
